Where I Live

P4 and P5′s current World Around Us topic is Where I Live. Pupils have been busy finding out information about local places of interest and creating their own heritage trails. As part of the topic the class enjoyed a bus trip around several sites of local interest including: Gortmerron Baptist Church, Benburb Castle, Benburb Priory, Drumsallen Parish Church, Alexander Mills and Navan Fort. As well as finding out much more about these places of interest pupils were treated to juice and biscuits as well as CASE keyrings- all in all a very successful and enjoyable trip!
